Mericlone.
A wonderfully compact growing Cattleya type that produces spectacular fragrant, creamy-yellow flowers with broad, dark yellow flares on all segments. These are attractive growing plants that are already flowering size in 3” pots. Photo #1 shows the flowers of this mericlone. Photo #2 shows an example of the size plants offered for sale. This mericlone is known to have some color variation with plant maturity and temperature.
We grow these in our Cattleya house where they get medium to bright filtered light (2,500-3,000 fc) and are watered when the media dries. May be grown in pots/baskets or mounted.
