Mericlone.
A fabulous if not freaky looking flower that has been influenced by the use of a peloric Rl. digbyana parent. Flowers have a lovely citrusy fragrance!
These are near flowering size plants in 3” pots that are ready for bumping up to 4” pots in Spring 2026. Photo #1 shows the typical flowers of this mericlone while Photo #2 shows an example of the size plants offered for sale.
We grow these in our “Cattleya house” where they get medium to bright filtered light (2,500-3,000 foot-candles) and are watered when the media dries. These may be grown in pots/baskets or mounted.
