Guarianthe aurantiaca fma punctata
Seedlings (grown from seed)
A showy, floriferous, hot to cool growing species from locals stretching from Mexico through Costa Rica that flowers in the Spring. The “puctata” form features spots throughout the flower. Several of these plants flowered earlier this Spring while still in plug trays!!!
These are flowering size plants in 3” pots. Photo #1 shows the typical flowers while Photo #2 shows an example of the size plants offered for sale.
Please note that these are seedlings and that there can be quite a bit of variability between plants (even with the same parents).
We grow these in our “Cattleya house” where they get medium to bright filtered light (2,500-3,000 foot-candles) and are watered when the media dries. These may be grown in pots/baskets or mounted.
PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR SHIPPING POLICY (ESPECIALLY AS IT RELATES TO COLD WEATHER) BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.
