Seedlings (grown from seed).
A fantastic new hybrid from Claude Hamilton of Hamlyn Orchids fame. We have seen quite a bit of variation in the few seedlings we have flowered so far. These are young, flowering size plants in 3” pots. Photo #1 shows the flower of one of the seedlings we have flowered so far. Photo #2 shows an example of the size plants offered for sale. Please note that these are seedlings and that there can be quite a bit of variability between plants (even with the same parents).
We grow these in our “Cattleya house” where they get medium to bright filtered light (2,500-3,000 foot-candles) and are watered when the media dries. These may be grown in pots/baskets or mounted.
