NEW RELEASE! Wonderful new hybrid from Hilo Orchid Farm in Hawaii. So far, the few plants we have flowered have all featured green flowers with bright, sharply contrasting, pink-purple lips (very similar to the flower photo). These are compact growing, flowering size plants in 4” pots. Please note that these are seedlings and individual plants will show variations in flower color, form and size and also plant habit.
Photo #1 shows the flowers from a sibling plant we flowered. Photo #2 shows an example of the size plants offered for sale.
We grow these in our “Cattleya house” where they get medium to bright filtered light (2,500-3,000 foot-candles) and are watered when the media dries. These may be grown in pots/baskets or mounted.
